SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed by 2pm Monday-Friday will be fulfilled & shipped or ready for in store pick up on the same day. Otherwise they will be shipped out or ready for in store pick up the following business day.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be ready for in store pick up or shipped until Monday.

We do not ship or fulfill orders on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays. 

Unless otherwise noted, all items are shipped by USPS first class mail. 

Once your package leaves Why Not Boutique with a tracking number, it is no longer our responsibility. If you feel like your package may be lost, please contact your local post office. At USPS, all their employees have GPS scanners and can help you locate where your package was delivered.  

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You may return most new, unworn items within 14 days of receiving your items for store credit.* We must receive the item within the 14 day time frame. If the item is received outside of the designated time frame, the return will be rejected & shipped back to the customer at the customers expense. All items must still have tags attached. All SALE and DISCOUNTED merchandise, Jewelry, Bralettes, Masks, Candy, & Hair Accessories are FINAL SALE. 
No exceptions.

If more than 5 items are returned in a 30 day period a 20% restocking fee will be assessed per returned item over the allotted 5

 

Shipping fees are non refundable.

Due to daily inventory changes, we do not facilitate exchanges for online purchases. You may reorder your item at your leisure or wait until your return has been processed and order using your store credit. You will only receive store credit.  We do not issue refunds.

All returns are processed through & store credit is issued through your original avenue of purchase. All web orders receive webstore credit only. All Comment Sold purchases receive Comment Sold Credit only. All in store purchases receive credit to use for in store purchases only - this includes any phone orders or paypal invoices -anything that is processed through our in store point of sale system.

Please allow for 2-5 business days for us to properly process your return once we receive it.

*If shipped, the 14 day window begins from the day USPS tracking indicated the item was delivered. 

If you select in store pick up, 14 days begins from the day the items are fulfilled and ready for you to pick up*

Gasparilla merchandise has it's own return policy. ALL online Gasparilla merchandise purchases are FINAL SALE. No exceptions. This includes App purchases, Social Media purchases, & purchases made on our website.

In store Gasparilla purchases have a different policy. Please call or email us for additional details.

Returns for Items labeled "Online Exclusives":

Why Not Boutique will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 

  • Please allow Why Not Boutique 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.

  • Why Not Boutique will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
